We make it really easy to get a free quote. Simply fill out the Request a Quote form on this site or give us a call at (314) 226-1916.

We do not need to see your home to provide a phone quote. We can easily give you an estimate based on the square footage of your home and how you describe its current condition.

There are a few supplies that we ask you to provide:

  • Paper towels- will be used on your toilets, to avoid any biohazardous materials being washed with our cloths.
  • Toilet bowl brush- For sanitary reasons, we do not carry toilet bowl brushes from house to house. We do provide toilet bowl cleaners.
  • VacuumRegal Cleaning Services will use your vacuum (please be aware the quality of your vacuum will affect the quality of your cleaning, we suggest sharks as a low-cost option)  for each visit. This is to ensure sanitation and to keep from spreading pet dander/dirt from one home to another.

 

We want you to be happy. In fact, we're not happy until you are thrilled with your cleaning service! If we miss anything we'll make arrangements to come back and reclean those areas.

We guarantee the work we perform. If you’re unhappy with the results, we’re happy to reclean any unsatisfactory areas. Just give us a call within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will schedule a reclean.

You aren’t obligated to complete any cleaning before we arrive. We ask that you pick up clutter so we can safely and efficiently clean your home. 

 Terms Of Service

Here at Regal, we do not have contracts that bind you to our company. This could make it uncomfortable should you need a cleaning change. In exchange, we have a term of service that provide expectations for you as a client and for us as a company to ensure fairness and equality with everyone we serve. 

All Jobs newly scheduled jobs require a $100 Non-Refundable deposit to secure your spot on the schedule. We also require a card to be held on file for the remainder of the balance of for future visits. 

All Move In or Move Out cleans require a 50% Non-Refundable deposit to secure your spot on the schedule. We also require a card to be held on file for the remainder of the balance of for future visits. 

 Clients should assess the work that is done within 24 hours and let us know of any areas that need to be addressed.

We have a high service satisfaction score. We are human, so when a mistake or missed item is brought to our attention, our guarantee is that we will return to fix the work you are unhappy with.

If you fail to inform our office before 48 hours AFTER the cleaning, we will not return to re-clean but instead will offer extra time and attention to that area on your next clean and also complete a quality check.

We DO NOT offer refunds. All payments are due at the completion of a job.

Please leave cash tips clearly marked with Regal Cleaning, so that your cleaner knows it is for them.

If you would prefer to leave your tip on your bill, whether one-time or recurring we would be happy to add that for you. Please call our office to indicate our preference.

Our cleaning techs are not able to accept tips via any other method.

We have a 24 Hour Happiness Guarantee. If you’re unhappy with the results, we’re happy to reclean any unsatisfactory areas. Just give us a call within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will schedule a reclean!

  • We do not do dishes (except occasionally by request ahead of time)
  • Laundry is an add-on item and not included in standard quotes
  • Only the primary bed is made, we do not strip sheets, but will re-make the primary bed if you strip it and leave sheets
  • We do not hand-wash mini blinds
  • We DO NOT clean Bio Hazards or human/pet waste
  • We do not clean electronics (tv screens, keyboards, smart home devices, etc)
  • We do not clean in hoarding situations but do have referrals for you
  • We do not wash/wet wipe painted walls

All appointments that are canceled 48 business hours PRIOR to their scheduled time will not be charged

All appointments canceled within 48 business hours of their scheduled time will be considered a "last minute Cancellation" and charged 50% of my current rate or $75, whichever is more. This is to compensate our staff for the loss of time and work, leaving a gap in our schedule. 

In the event that Regal Cleaning Services needs to cancel your cleaning due to a sick cleaning tech, we will provide you with 1-2 alternate dates/times ASAP.

 If you are unable to reschedule, we will add additional time to your next cleaning to get your home back in tip-top shape, at no cost to you.

If you are able to reschedule, we will discount your cleaning by 50% of the extra time we would have spent at your rescheduled cleaning, our gift to you, to show our appreciation for your understanding that we are a people-based business.

We are a pet-loving cleaning company and our techs love to love on your pets! See our pet pics on the website! Please feel free to leave your people-loving pets loose in the house.

We do ask you to remember that we are not responsible for pet prints on a wet floor or any other mischief they may get into while we are cleaning 🙂

We ask that if you know your pet will experience anxiety during your cleaning (vacuuming, smells, etc) to please make the necessary arrangements to make sure they are comfortable. 

ALL AGGRESSIVE animals are required to be kenneled in a separate room (which we will not be cleaning) or not be in the home at the time of the cleaning. 

If you are unsure how your pet will do, please err on the side of caution for the safety of both our techs and your pet. 

If we arrive at the property and are greeted by an aggressive animal, we reserve the right to not clean your home until the necessary arrangements are made. 

Our expectation is that our clients monitor their homes for bugs/pests/infestations. We reserve the right to refuse service if the home has a visible infestation and may require professional pest control services. 

In such an event, Regal Cleaning will consider this a cancellation and follow our last-minute cancellation policy with a charge of 50% or $75, whichever is more. This is to compensate for the loss of time and work. 

Furthermore, Regal Cleaning Services will not return until proof of professional pest control services is rendered.

We will put all trash from your home, including disposal of our vacuum canisters, in the trash can advised by you at your initial cleaning. If there are no cans available, the trash will be left in an "animal safe" area like inside the garage in bags. We DO NOT take trash with us in our vehicles. 

Regal Cleaning Services increases rates as needed or on a yearly cost of living basis. We are committed to offering our cleaning technicians a living wage.

Regal Cleaning requires a deep cleaning upgrade based on the following scheduled services

    • Monthly cleans - Deep cleaning is required annually
    • Biweekly cleans - Deep cleaning is required every 18 months 
    • Weekly cleans - Deep cleaning required every 2 years 

Deep cleans are important as they help us to reset your home to the same blank slate you received when you first joined our Regal family. Keep in mind, it is not the same cost you encountered during your initial clean, rather it is only double the cost of your current maintenance. Additionally, we will add another cleaning tech so, please reach out to let us know what areas you feel may need some extra attention. This will allow us to assess your recurring service rate and make any adjustments necessary to ensure we are spending a suitable amount of time in your home and your cleaner is paid appropriately

We value family and know how important it is for our Cleaning Techs to have time with their families. We are closed on major Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, The day after Christmas, New Year's Day, and Black Friday, and work a half day on the 4th of July. We will work with you to schedule a makeup visit if your cleaning falls on any of these dates.

We understand that schedules change and sometimes a client may need to skip a cleaning cycle.  

Please notify us at least 48 business hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning (our technicians rely on their scheduled hours).

Cancellations on the same day of service will be charged 50% or $75, whichever is more for the scheduled service. All cancellations must be made through Regal Cleaning’s office.

All cancellations will also cause the rate for your next cleaning to increase to the next level (for example- If your home is serviced weekly and you skip service, you will have to pay the bi-weekly rate for your next cleaning. If your home is serviced Bi-weekly and you skip a service you will pay the monthly rate for your next cleaning and so forth. If you have to skip multiple cleanings, you will need a general cleaning before getting back on the schedule

If Regal has to skip your scheduled service, we follow the same as above, but the cost difference is on us 🙂

Regal Cleaning Services will require access to your property on the scheduled day/time of your appointment. 

Regal does NOT keep keys, the entrance will need to be a garage or door code, or a key is hidden for us. Regal will always secure your doors when leaving unless you are home and ask us not to. 

In the event that we are locked out or can not access your property due to a faulty code/lock, we will contact you immediately and ask for an alternative way to enter. If another way to access the job is not given, we will follow our "last-minute cancellation policy". This is to compensate our cleaning techs for the loss of time and work. 

 

Regal Cleaning NEVER takes a photo in your home that has any personal information. Example- Mail, photos, names, or items that would identify your home as your home, etc

Regal Cleaning will take before/after photos of all first-time, initial, deep, or empty home cleanings. These photos may include things such as baseboards, doors, light covers, windows, sinks, showers, tubs, etc We will occasionally take photos on maintenance cleans, and will always take a photo if we find damage in the home or have an accidental breakage. All photos are stored in your job history to help maintain the integrity of the work completed. 

Before and After pictures will also be used for social media and on our website. 

All Empty house deep or Move in/out cleanings MUST have all utilities on to ensure proper and safe cleaning. The property must be empty, including the inside of all cabinets/vanities/closets to be cleaned correctly. 

Regal does NOT clean trash or haul items out. 

Regal Cleaning will conduct all communications with the party responsible for paying for the service. 

Regal Cleaning will NOT clean a home that is changing ownership with in 24 hours of the service. 

 

All clients are required to have a debit/credit card on file at the time the service is booked. 

All payments are due on the same day of service and will be processed by our office.

Regal Cleaning Services will use your vacuum (Please be aware the quality of your vacuum will affect the quality of your cleaning, we suggest shark vacuums as a low-cost option)  for each visit. This is to ensure sanitation and to keep from spreading pet dander/dirt from one home to another.

Regal Cleaning Techs do carry a shark vacuum and will use it, should yours not be accessible or working adequately.

Regal Cleaning Technicians are human and touch most surfaces in your home, while we never intend to break or damage something in your home, accidents happen.

Regal Cleaning asks that you put away anything of sentimental or monetary value, that can not be replaced if broken. 

Regal asks that you make us aware of any decor or treasured items in the home that we should not clean or avoid. 

Both Regal Cleaning Services and our clients have the right to terminate services at any time.

Regal Cleaning will terminate service without notice for the following situations:

  • Home has become unsanitary, has an infestation, or is a Bio Hazard 
  • The client has placed expectations on us that we can not meet or are outside of our scope of work
  • Regal technician feels unsafe 
  • Weapons are left unsecured
  • Drugs or other illegal substances are out
  • Soliciting our Regal Staff
